Robinson. Physical description: white, age 25 years, height five feet 7 7\/8 inches in bare feet, weight 159 pounds, medium build, sallow complexion, dark chestnut hair, light hazel eyes, smooth face, can raise small mustache, described as a neat dresser, first-class bookkeeper, and all-around clerk. Bertillon measurements are recorded. Hull was last seen on a Tuesday, March 6th, and had been previously arrested in Chicago, Illinois; St. Louis, Missouri; Hot Springs, Arkansas; and San Francisco, California. He served two terms in the penitentiary at San Quentin, California, and was discharged from there July 7, 1897. The poster notes Hull will be found around race tracks and sporting resorts, drinks freely, is fond of the society of women, and will likely apply to some business firm for employment as bookkeeper. He had been in the United States Navy and at the time of his arrest by this department in July 1905 was a yeoman stationed at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Handwritten annotations include \"546 F.
