An antique ceramic advertising ashtray produced for Burrow's Malvern Waters, in yellow-amber glaze with four cigarette rests. The face is lettered "Burrow's Malvern Waters" around the rim and bears a central transfer-printed portrait of a young woman captioned "Malvernia" above and signed "Molly" below. The reverse is marked with the oval stamp of The Associated Potteries Co., Sole Proprietors Hancock & Corfield Ltd., Mitcham, London & The Potteries.

W. & J. Burrow was a Malvern, England mineral water firm founded in 1850 by brothers Walter and John Burrow, originally in partnership with Lea & Perrins. The company bottled natural spring water from the Malvern Hills — long celebrated for its purity — and operated until Schweppes acquired the business in 1917, continuing to bottle under the Burrow name thereafter.

The glaze shows crazing throughout. The reverse displays areas of worn and chipped glaze as noted. The display stand is not included.
