Antique Halloween postcard depicting a row of Jack-O-Lantern lanterns hanging on a line above a bonfire, with "Oct. 31st" printed in multicolored lettering. The card features an embossed border of moon faces. Printed in Saxony, No. 1028.

The verso bears a one-cent green Washington stamp postmarked from Swampscott, Massachusetts, October 30, 1911. Addressed to Miss Gladys Grindell in Sargentville, Maine, with a brief message from "Cousin Elgie." Toning and soiling are present on both sides, with edge wear, corner loss, and creasing.
