Lot 115 - Antique Hotel Room Key and Fob from the Atlantic, Nantasket Beach, Massachusetts, Room 66, Manufactured by John Robbins, Boston, Massachusetts
Antique hotel room key and diamond-shaped fob from The Atlantic hotel at Nantasket Beach, Massachusetts. The fob is stamped "The Atlantic" with room number 66 and the instruction "Return By Mail" flanking the room number, with "Nantasket Beach" below. The skeleton key is attached to the fob via a split ring through the top of the tag. The reverse of the fob is stamped "John Robbins / Manufacturer / Boston, Mass."
The fob and key show overall oxidation and patina consistent with age.
