Antique cast iron figural still bank in the form of a baby emerging from an egg-shaped vessel, mounted on a square base. The figure depicts a baby with blue painted eyes and an open mouth, with hands resting on the rim of the egg. The egg is painted black with a pink ribbon and bow encircling the midsection, and a yellow collar at the top edge. Patented 1924 by L.V. Aronson.

The bank has been repainted. The bottom access door is missing. The surface shows paint loss throughout, with exposed areas of bare metal and rust visible on the base and head. Offered as found.
