Antique World War I victory medal on a watch chain with T-bar and swivel clasp, dated 1919. The front of the medal is inscribed "Presented by the Citizens of Grafton N.H. to Russell J. Dodge" with "Victory" on a banner at the bottom. An enameled American shield in red, white, and blue is centered at the top, flanked by the date "19 19," and the text is framed within a raised laurel wreath border. The reverse is inscribed "In Commemoration of Your Services for Our Country in the World War."

The medal shows overall tarnish and patina. The enamel on the shield is intact. Verdigris is present on the reverse.
