This is a grouping of eight police arrest cards, each featuring a printed photograph of the subject. The cards include Bertillon-style measurement fields with printed and handwritten entries. Named subjects include Oliver Harrington, charged with vagrancy and bunco in San Francisco, California, September 7, 1915, with aliases Haddington, Wm. Croyx, and C. B. Dailey; Henry Lane, #6422, charged with hold up in Terre Haute, Indiana, and measured at Indianapolis, Indiana, October 22, 1914, with occupation listed as yegg; Ruby Oback, charged with larceny from person in Detroit, Michigan, August 1919; and Samuel Kauffman, #4163, charged with loitering and suspected pickpocketing at the Newark, New Jersey Police Department, May 13, 1916. Multiple cards are annotated "P.P." for pickpocket.
