This is a grouping of eight police arrest and criminal record cards, each featuring a printed photograph of the subject. The cards include Bertillon-style measurement fields with printed and handwritten entries, along with physical descriptions, aliases, and charge notations.

Named subjects include Henry Marks, charged with picking pockets, detained February 1920 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Frank Kennedy, alias Tim Lynch, charged with picking pockets, detained December 1918 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Albert Chambers, alias "Bud" Preacher, charged with being a con man, from Minneapolis, Minnesota; Frank Dougherty, alias Sullivan, charged as a con man, detained July 1920 in Omaha, Nebraska; and Charles W. Kelley, alias Malton, charged as a con man, detained June 1920 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. One card is a Kansas State Penitentiary record (No. 1864) for Phillip Schynard, alias Carl B. Smithers, convicted of first degree murder, with a handwritten notation indicating escape on April 1, 1917, a $50 reward, and signed by Warden J.K. Codding. Additional cards reference Newark, New Jersey and Detroit, Michigan.
