A grouping of four antique Knights Templar medals and badges.
The first is a two-piece badge with a top bar marked "Wheeling" suspending a white enameled Maltese cross pendant marked "Commandery," "No. 1," "K.T.," "Org. 1838," and "Wheeling, W.Va." The center features a cross and crown device with red enamel. The enamel is intact with minor wear.
The second is a two-piece badge with a crown-shaped top bar marked "Bethany" suspending a cross-form pendant marked "Commandery," "No. 17," and "Lawrence." The center features a cross and crown device with red enamel accents. The badge shows overall wear and patina.
The third is a two-piece medal with a top bar marked "Sovereign Great Priory of Canada, August 14th 1901" suspending a shield-shaped pendant marked "St. John, N.B." with a bridge scene in relief and a red enameled cross pattee. The medal shows overall patina.
The fourth is a two-piece badge with a top bar marked "Olivet," "No. 36," and "In Hoc Signo Vinces" with a cross and crown device in white and red enamel, suspending a Maltese cross pendant with black and white enamel and crossed swords, marked "Olivet Commandery K.T.," "Lynn, Mass.," and "Instituted March 1873." The enamel is intact with minor wear.
