Lot 075 - Sterling Silver Baby Cup with Gold Wash Interior, Monogrammed "J.J.M." And Dated "12-8-58", Weight 74 g
Vintage sterling silver baby cup with a gold wash interior and incised banding at the rim and base. The front is engraved with the initials "J.J.M." and the date "12-8-58" in script. The base is stamped "STERLING," with a pattern number 5624 and "SANITARY SOLDERED EDGE." A looped handle is attached at the side.
The cup shows heavy tarnish and surface scratching throughout, with a small solder repair or inclusion visible on the body near the handle. The gold wash interior shows wear and light scratching.
