When the live auction starts, bidding will begin at the current bid. The auctioneer will continue bidding on behalf of absentee bidders up to their max bids.

Vintage softcover illustrated booklet titled "The Tercentenary Art Book of Boston," commemorating the 300th anniversary of Boston, Massachusetts, 1630-1930. Published by The Bankette Company, Inc., Boston, Massachusetts. The interior title page notes the booklet was presented with the compliments of The Boston Five Cents Savings Bank, 30 School Street, Boston, with branch offices in West Roxbury and Jamaica Plain.
The blue cover features an illustration of the Boston skyline with landmarks, a sailing ship in the harbor, airplanes, and gold-stamped lettering reading "Boston" and "1630 1930" with a gold city seal. The booklet is cord-bound at the spine and contains text entries on Boston landmarks accompanied by illustrations including Trinity Church and New Old South Church.
