Lot 012 - Trio of Antique Funerary Floral Arrangement Photographs Including Stereoview, Carte De Visite C.D.V. with Memorial Portrait, and Cabinet Card Photographed by Worcester Photo Studio, Leominster, Massachusetts

Trio of antique photographs depicting funerary floral arrangements. The group includes a stereoview card showing wreaths, bouquets, and wheat sheaf arrangements displayed on tables with ribbon sashes; a Carte de Visite C.D.V. depicting a floral wreath surrounding a small oval portrait of a man at center; and a cabinet card showing an elaborate display of funeral flowers surrounding a framed photograph of a baby, with the word "DARLING" spelled out in floral letters above the portrait.

The cabinet card is marked "Worcester Photo Studio, Cooke's Block, Leominster, Mass." on the front, with the verso identifying John Kivlan as Proprietor and Manager. The C.D.V. is unmarked on the verso. The stereoview card bears no visible photographer identification.

All three photographs show fading and toning consistent with age. The C.D.V. has two small holes at the bottom edge and a small corner loss at upper left. The stereoview card shows overall fading. The cabinet card image is significantly faded.
