Vintage hand-forged bronze or bell metal nesting temple bell composed of four graduated conical tiers fitted together to create a resonant multi-tone chime when struck. The bell retains its original hand-formed wire loop hanger, which passes through the center to suspend and secure the nested tiers. A small section of the upper rim is broken or missing, though the loop remains functional and intact. Surface shows oxidation and verdigris patina consistent with age and use. Likely Indian or Nepalese in origin, circa 1920–1950, traditionally used in Hindu or Buddhist ritual contexts as a hanging temple or household prayer bell.
