Antique $100 reward broadside issued for information leading to the whereabouts of Desferd Cook, a seventeen-year-old who left Buffalo, New York, in July 1918. Described as 5 feet 7 inches tall with brown hair and eyes, fair complexion, and a small scar on the point of his chin. Notice issued by his mother, Mrs. Cora Cook, 566 Grant Street, Buffalo, New York. Stamped “Received by Chief of Police” and “Received by Captain of Detectives,” both dated October 28, 1920. Light folds, creasing, and minor toning consistent with age. Sold in toploader for preservation.
