An antique fraternal ribbon badge of the St. Patrick's T.A.B. Society of Manchester, Connecticut, consisting of a green silk ribbon panel printed with the organization's name, an Irish harp device, and the text "St. Patrick's / T.A.B. / Society, / of / Manchester, / Conn." An applied brass Latin cross is affixed to the upper portion of the ribbon. The ribbon is edged with gold looped braid trim and fitted with gray silk fringe tassels at the sides and a fringed bottom edge. Attached at the top is a multi-layered pleated rosette in green, white, and red, centered with an ornate gilt filigree and paste-jewel medallion. The reverse of the ribbon is blue silk with gold braid trim.

The ribbon shows fading, soiling, and scattered staining. The rosette shows wear and the pleated layers are compressed and distorted. The fringe tassels show tangling and minor loss.
