Green cloth-bound scrapbook with printed text "SCRAP BOOK" and decorative border on front cover. White inscriptions on spine read "Around the World 1909." Contents include around the world travel ephemera with Japanese materials including Kanaya Hotels and Nikko postcards with red torii gate, India travel posters and temple photographs, Ceylon portraits and imagery, Hawaii postcards, Middle Eastern imagery featuring camels and riders, Egyptian travel posters, pressed flowers with location captions including "Three of a dance Malabar Hill," loose ephemera including receipt dated 1904, and various travel-related scraps and clippings. Many pages feature a single pressed flower taped to the page and composed with the scraps and clippings. Exhibits wear typical of antique scrapbooks including loose or detached pages, weakened binding, separated scraps, and general age-related deterioration. Some pages may show toning, foxing, or edge wear. Sold as-is for research, crafting, or historical interest.
