Antique hair relics including a narrow paper strip inscribed “My Father’s hair, in 1848 Fathers hair Oct 23rd 1880” wrapped around a braided lock of hair approximately 3" long, together with a small folded paper enclosing two curls of hair—one medium brown (1" L) and one blond (wound twice into a 1-1/2" bundle). Poignant personal keepsakes preserved from the 19th century.
