This is a police arrest card featuring a mounted photograph depicting Albert Burrill in profile and frontal views, with number 106 written along the left side of the photograph. The card includes printed and handwritten information from the Massachusetts Reformatory, Concord, Massachusetts, registration number 4221. Burrill was arrested for larceny out of Suffolk County and received an indeterminate sentence. His occupation is listed as bookkeeper, descent as American, and age as 19 years, born in Massachusetts. Descriptive details record orange eyes, light chestnut hair and beard, sallow complexion, weight of 142 pounds, and medium build. The reverse records marks, scars, and moles including multiple scars on the hands and fingers, a mole below the center of the left eye, and a scar above the knee on the right leg front. Measured at Concord, March 2, 1892, by W.W. Blossom. Photograph and card show age toning, edge wear, and surface marks consistent with age and handling.
