This is a police arrest card featuring a mounted photograph depicting Henry Edwards in profile and frontal views. The card includes printed and handwritten information measured at the Maine State Prison, Thomaston, Maine, on February 28, 1911, by Hayford. The reverse bears printed headings for the Dover, New Hampshire Police Department with registration number 4318 and file number 520 Maine. Edwards was arrested for compound larceny out of Penobscot County, convicted in Superior Court on February 25, 1911, and sentenced to one year and six months. His occupation is listed as teamster, age as 27 years, born in Boston, Massachusetts. Descriptive details record blue eyes, light hair, light complexion, weight of 164 pounds, and stout build. The marks, scars, and moles section on the reverse is blank. Photograph and card show age toning, edge wear, and surface marks consistent with age and handling.
