- When you place an absentee bid, the system sets the current bid conservatively — just enough to keep you in the lead without revealing your full amount.
- The current bid shown on each lot reflects all confirmed absentee bids and updates automatically as new bids come in.
- When the live auction starts, bidding will begin at the current bid. The auctioneer will continue bidding on behalf of absentee bidders up to their max bids.
- Because absentee bids can arrive seconds apart, the current bid you see may not always include bids still being processed. Refresh the page for the most up-to-date information.

Framed print of the inspirational poem commonly known as "Thinking" or "The Man Who Thinks He Can," beginning with the line "If you think you are beaten, you are." The poem is commonly attributed to Walter D. Wintle, though the authorship is not definitively established. The text is printed in black on a light ground with decorative rule-line borders and an oversized drop-cap initial "I." Presented in a dark-stained wood frame with corrugated cardboard backing secured by nails.
The print shows toning and foxing throughout. The frame exhibits wear, paint loss, and minor chipping. The cardboard backing is soiled with staining and areas of loss.
