Absentee bids let you place your maximum bid on an item before the live auction begins. During the live show, we’ll continue bidding on your behalf up to your max bid — just like leaving a bid with a traditional auctioneer.
When you place an absentee bid, the system sets the current bid conservatively — just enough to keep you in the lead without revealing your full amount.
The current bid shown on each lot reflects all confirmed absentee bids and updates automatically as new bids come in.
When the live auction starts, bidding will begin at the current bid. The auctioneer will continue bidding on behalf of absentee bidders up to their max bids.
Because absentee bids can arrive seconds apart, the current bid you see may not always include bids still being processed. Refresh the page for the most up-to-date information.

Lot 050 - Vintage "Lindstrom's Gold Star Game" Tabletop Marble Pinball Game, Manufactured By Lindstrom Tool & Toy Co., Bridgeport, Connecticut, 1933, 14-1/4" x 24"
Vintage tabletop marble pinball game titled "Lindstrom's Gold Star Game," manufactured by Lindstrom Tool & Toy Co., Bridgeport, Connecticut, and copyrighted 1933. The game features a wooden base with metal surround, internal metal playfield elements, and pan head pins, finished in gold, green, red, and black. The original paper instruction sheet is affixed to the verso.
The game is missing its marbles and the peg used to incline the playing surface. The center-left metal panel is secured with two modern brads at the far left edge, replacing missing original pan head brads. Wear is present consistent with age and use, including surface wear to paint and metal components, and general handling wear. The game displays well as an early Depression-era tabletop amusement.
